Foot Positioning: To pop an ollie you MUST have correct foot positioning. Your upper foot should be place ontop of the bolts and your lower foot should cover the tail.

Popping The Board: To pop the board you lean towards your tail and push down. Once you hear the tail smack on the ground jump up and slide your front foot toward the nose a good inch. This will cause the tail to spring into the air. To perfect this it takes much practice. Although you may find yourself getting nowhere at first keep at it and you will be a pro in no time!

Landing:
Landing is rather simple once you get the hang of it. All you need to do is bend your knees slightly and be prepared to bend down more. The higher the jump the more stress will be put on your legs which causes you to need to bend down further. If you don’t bend down you will step off of your board because of a force people like to call gravity. Once you can land it stationary, push off and try and land it while moving. It may be scary at first but with our pads you will be prepared to take on falls.
