1st paragraph. It would be prefered un-indented. Each paragraph should be in arial, size 14, and left align! Please make each paragraph four or more sentences. When all paragraphs are together they should make up a good half page. Look at our current stories for examples. The more useful paragraphs you have the more likely your story will be put up.

The video below is of A.W. falling on a boardslide. He may have succeeded if the rail wasn’t over waxed. Have fun laughing at our friend fall. The video got it’s title because of his last words. Our filmer only caught part of what he was saying! Also if you pause the video and click on the play bar in small sections as he is falling you will see him square dance. Click at between 3-5 seconds and you will see A.W. kick his feet out and click his heels as if he were dancing. This video is a must see

Premo Tips

Written By: Steffen Vater

How To Get Into It: There are two ways to get into premo. One being more common than the other. The more common way is to have the balls of your feet hanging off of the side of the board. Make sure your feet are spread out so that your heels are above the trucks. Now comes the hard part. Lean forward and jump while pushing down on the edge of the board. Then your board should do a quarter flip, so that your trucks are on their sides. During the jump bring your legs back about an inch so when you land you are standing on the edges of the trucks. The second way to get into premo, which I find more complicated but much easier is to put your right/left foot above the right/left wheel with your toes hanging off. Place the opposite foot on the lower side of the board with your heel hanging off. Now do the same motion as explained before but only press down with your lower foot. While curving your upper foot around the edge of the board onto the wheels. Quickly before your back foot touches the ground lift it up and place it on the other wheel. Now you are in premo and it is all smooth sailing.

Balance: Once you are up in premo extend your arms and bend your knees slightly. Move your arms to help keep balance as if you were walking across a balance beam. When you gain control of yourself and keep steady in premo you are ready to land. That is the really easy stuff.

.

Landing: To land a premo simply lean forward or backward so that your board does a quarter turn once again and lands with the grip tape facing the sky. As soon as you feel your board falling get ready to bend your knees and land! Shift forward so you have a smooth landing.

Modified Premos: Premo-flip, premo-walk, premo to casper
